A mailer box is a type of paperboard packaging assembled using interlocking tabs without glue.
These collapsible boxes ship and store flat, reducing shipping and storage costs. Also known
as one-piece mailers, they are ideal for product display and secure shipping. They can also be
custom printed in full color on both the inside and outside.
Dust flaps are folding flaps on either side of the top lid. When tucked in, they prevent dust from

Cherry flap boxes have two small locking tabs on the top lid that secure the lid when inserted
between the side walls. Boxes without cherry flaps are typically referred to as roll end tuck top boxes.
Mailer boxes that include both cherry flaps and dust flaps are referred to as roll end tuck front boxes.
Mailer boxes can be manufactured using natural brown kraft card, recycled card, premium white card stocks,

No. Proofs only show artwork placement. Final prints are sharp as long as you use high-resolution
or vector graphics. If your files appear low resolution, our team will contact you.
Yes. A proof PDF is emailed before printing. Review it carefully for accuracy, including text and artwork
placement. Colors may differ from what you see on screen, as printing is based on CMYK or Pantone values.
Hard copy proofs are available at an additional cost.
